Key Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning and caretaking duties across a variety of public and community facilities.
• Carry out routine inspections to assess facility conditions and identify maintenance needs.
• Assist with security measures to ensure facilities remain safe and secure.
• Support the organization and setup of meetings, elections, events, and community functions.
• Collaborate effectively with contractors, facility users, and internal stakeholders to maintain high service standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience in cleaning, caretaking, facilities maintenance, or a similar area.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to providing safe and welcoming environments.
• Effective communication and customer service aptitude.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Possession of a valid Western Australian C-Class Driver's Licence.
• Current National Police Clearance.
• Willingness and availability to work after-hours, weekends, and during events as needed.
