Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
- Manage front office administrative duties efficiently.
- Maintain the grounds and gardens to promote an inviting park environment.
- Perform maintenance work across all park properties and facilities to keep assets in good condition.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and uphold brand standards consistently.
- Handle daily operational tasks within the park, including coverage for after-hours and on-call shifts.
Candidate Requirements
- Prior experience in grounds keeping and property maintenance required.
- Competent computer skills necessary for administrative tasks.
- Ability to operate groundskeeping equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong time management capabilities to handle multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with guests and team members.
- Experience with pool maintenance is a plus.
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude is essential.
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends, public holidays, evenings, and respond to after-hours callouts.
- A valid driver's licence is mandatory.
