Opportunity
If you want to move away from rushed assisted living or nursing home environments and provide true compassionate care, we are actively hiring caregivers for both full-time and part-time roles.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders.
- Provide toileting and incontinence care.
- Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support.
- Prepare meals, perform light housekeeping, and help with errands.
- Ensure client safety and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.
- Support clients living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other cognitive conditions.
- Develop trusted relationships with clients and their families.
Qualifications
- Possess a genuine caregiver’s heart and effective communication skills.
- Experience in caregiving, assisted living, or Community-Based Residential Facilities is advantageous.
- Certifications such as CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant are preferred but not mandatory.
