Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and medication reminders
• Provide toileting and incontinence support
• Offer companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals, conduct light cleaning, and help with errands
• Monitor client safety and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team
• Support individuals with Alzheimer's, dementia, and other cognitive impairments
• Develop trusting relationships with clients and their families

Qualifications

• Possess a compassionate nature suited to in-home caregiving and strong communication skills
• Previous caregiving experience in assisted living or similar environments is advantageous
• Certification as CNA, home health aide, or resident assistant is desirable but not mandatory
