About the Role
Join a leading EdTech organization based in Noida as a Career Counselor. This role involves managing the complete student lifecycle, from initial engagement to post-admission support, with an emphasis on relationship management and application tracking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end student interactions and counseling processes.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective students.
- Track applications and admission progress systematically.
- Coordinate activities after admission to ensure student satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective sales and conversion strategies to meet targets.
- Communicate clearly and effectively in all interactions.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate or MBA holder in business, management, psychology or a comparable discipline.
- Possess between one to five years of experience in education counseling, study abroad facilitation, or the EdTech sector.
- Demonstrated strong aptitude in sales.
