We are seeking a motivated Admission Counselor to join a leading educational technology company based in Noida. This role focuses on engaging prospective students by answering inbound inquiries, advising on suitable course options, and assisting throughout the enrollment process.
Core Responsibilities
- Manage inbound student inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Provide detailed and accurate explanations about available courses and the admissions process.
- Recommend academic programs tailored to individual student requirements.
- Guide prospective students through each phase of enrollment to ensure a smooth experience.
- Engage in lead generation activities to build a robust pipeline of potential admissions.
- Perform product demonstrations to highlight the educational offerings.

Candidate Profile
