Role Overview

As a Career Advisor, you will engage with clients to comprehend their career objectives, past experiences, and requirements related to job searching. Your role involves explaining the various job assistance and career development services available to clients in a clear and compelling manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Gain a deep understanding of clients' goals and employment backgrounds to better address their career needs.
• Present and clarify the benefits of career support and acceleration offerings.
• Establish trust with potential clients and suggest the most appropriate service plans based on their unique situations.
• Handle client concerns and objections effectively, engage in negotiations, and successfully convert prospects into service users.
• Communicate clearly the scope, timing, and expected results of services to manage client expectations.
• Collaborate with operational teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new clients.

Additional Information

This position includes a monthly salary ranging from INR 22,500 to INR 129,000.
