Career Advisor

Overview

Placepanth Rosorsa LLP is seeking a dedicated Career Advisor to join their US staffing team at the Iscon office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. This full-time position requires working the US shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST. The ideal candidate will help guide applicants toward appropriate career choices and support them throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze candidates’ qualifications, skills, and career aspirations to determine suitable job matches.
• Provide tailored career advice and improvement suggestions for resumes.
• Liaise with recruitment teams to align candidates with available job opportunities.
• Facilitate the job application and interview process by preparing candidates effectively.
• Monitor candidate progress, ensuring timely follow-ups regarding applications, interviews, feedback, and offer status.
• Maintain professional communication addressing candidates’ queries and concerns.
• Accurately update candidate data using ATS/CRM systems and Excel spreadsheets.
• Consistently meet daily, monthly, and placement-related goals.

Candidate Requirements

• At least one year of experience in career counseling, recruitment, placement, inside sales, or customer relationship management roles.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in English with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Good understanding of recruitment workflows and job market dynamics.
• Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to nurture candidate relationships in a performance-driven environment.
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, as well as ATS or CRM software.
• Experience with US staffing or familiarity with the US job market is advantageous.

Preferred Experience

• Previous roles such as Career Advisor, Career Consultant, Counselor, Recruitment or Placement Executive, US Recruiter, Candidate Success Executive, or Inside Sales Executive are ideal.

Work Schedule and Location

• Full-time employment based onsite at the Iscon location in Ahmedabad.
• Working hours follow the US shift from 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.

Compensation

Monthly salary ranges between 18,000 and 40,000 INR.
