The role also includes delivering Sephora University skincare and haircare modules in both classroom and digital formats, working closely with the OGCC SU team to ensure consistent execution, contributing to brand training activities, handling selected administrative tasks, and partnering with Retail and Store Managers to support team growth. Cross-functional support for Marketing/PR and HR events is also part of the job. This is a national position that requires frequent travel within the assigned region, across KSA, and to other Middle East countries.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct weekly store visits to provide follow-up, coaching, and assessment support.
- Build the store team’s skincare and haircare capability through feedback on customer conversations, selling approach, Sephora Attitude, and new launches.
- Work with Retail and Store Managers to align on feedback, development plans, and next actions through meetings and reporting.
- Drive talent development within the assigned region and ensure the Education Expert in the other region follows the internal process.
- Own the skincare and haircare learning plan, calendar, and budget for the region, while coordinating closely on the other region.
- Lead the rollout of national skincare and haircare initiatives by aligning on local needs, communicating with stakeholders, following up, and collecting feedback.
- Deliver Sephora University skincare and haircare learning programs in class and online.
- Equip the KSA Care Education Expert to deliver training effectively through train-the-trainer support, observation, and feedback.
- Develop and nurture the KSA Skincare Community through monthly engagement, expert events, and performance feedback.
- Raise skincare and haircare expertise across KSA by teaching product knowledge, trends, devices, cross-category selling, and selling techniques.
- Monitor learning progress, development, and engagement of store teams, including use of the digital learning app.
- Plan and support skincare and haircare brand education events such as community activities and brand conventions.
- Assist with multi-brand training delivery, digital brand training, and masterclass coordination with brands.
- Handle administrative work related to digital training, attendee lists, and tester requests.
- Coordinate with store management, retail leadership, OGCC SU teams, HR, the skincare and haircare offer team, and Marketing/PR to ensure aligned execution and strong field support.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in a retail training or coaching role.
- Strong expertise in skincare and haircare.
- Demonstrated success in coaching and developing team members.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and public speaking skills.
- Ability to travel regularly within KSA and regionally across the Middle East.
- Collaborative, flexible, adaptable, resilient, receptive to feedback, and self-driven.
What you can expect
- A workplace that values authenticity and celebrates differences.
- A culture focused on empowerment, learning, growth, and leadership.
- Meaningful work that supports clients and contributes to the beauty industry.
