We are currently inviting applications for a permanent Car Washer position at our Queanbeyan, NSW facility. The role operates Monday through Friday, totaling 45 guaranteed working hours per week with paid overtime beyond 38 hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Wash and clean vehicles upon arrival and at several intervals during the repair cycle to ensure quality presentation.
• Prepare vehicles for customer handover to maintain high service standards.
• Support the detailing team with the final vehicle presentation as needed.
• Safely maneuver vehicles within the workshop and yard areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of washing equipment and the wash station.
• Complete necessary basic documentation related to daily tasks.

Candidate Profile

• Previous exposure to car washing, automotive dealerships, or similar environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Exhibits reliability, a diligent work ethic, and a strong commitment to task completion.
• Able to work predominantly outdoors and remain on feet for extended periods daily.
• Holds a valid Australian driver's license.
• Punctual, dependable, and cooperative within a team setting.
• Possesses full legal authorization to work in Australia.
