Role Overview

We seek an experienced Car Purchasing Specialist to lead our vehicle acquisition efforts. This role requires a sharp eye for deals, solid understanding of vehicle valuations, and expertise in sourcing cars effectively within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source vehicles throughout the UAE using outbound calls, online marketplaces, personal network, and referrals.
• Assess vehicles thoroughly including pricing, condition, mileage, service history, and market viability.
• Negotiate purchase prices with private sellers and dealerships to achieve favorable agreements aligned with company goals.
• Arrange inspections, test drives, and ensure compliance checks prior to finalizing purchases.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to maintain showroom inventory that matches consumer demand.
• Maintain precise and organized records of all sourcing activities and negotiations performed.
• Consistently meet monthly targets related to purchase volume, profit margins, and quality of stock acquired.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in automotive purchasing or sales, preferably within the UAE; applicants from the UK, Europe, or Australia with strong backgrounds will also be considered.
• In-depth knowledge of various vehicle makes and models, market values and how to assess vehicle condition accurately.
• Confidence in outbound sourcing tactics and strong negotiation skills.
• Possession of valid UAE driving license.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach suitable for a target-focused environment.
• Attention to detail with a methodical approach to evaluations without shortcuts.
• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly whether via phone calls or face-to-face interactions.
