About the Role

GTA Cars, a well-established premium used car dealership in Dubai, is seeking a skilled Car Purchaser to enhance our vehicle acquisition efforts in one of the world's most dynamic automotive markets. This position offers a competitive salary with on-target earnings of up to AED 70,000 per month, tax-free.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source vehicles throughout the UAE market, utilizing outbound calls, online portals, referrals, and existing personal networks.
• Conduct thorough evaluations of potential stock including pricing, vehicle condition, mileage, service history, and market demand.
• Negotiate purchase prices with private sellers and dealers to ensure optimal deals that benefit the company.
• Arrange and oversee vehicle inspections, test drives, and compliance verifications before finalizing purchases.
• Collaborate closely with sales and operations teams to maintain showroom inventory that meets customer demand.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of all sourcing activities and negotiations.
• Consistently achieve monthly targets related to purchase volume, profit margins, and stock quality.

Candidate Profile

• Demonstrated expertise in automotive purchasing, with a preference for candidates experienced in the UAE market, though strong backgrounds from UK, Europe, or Australia will be considered.
• Comprehensive knowledge of vehicle makes, models, condition assessment, and market pricing.
• Strong negotiation skills, knowing when to press and when to disengage effectively.
• Ability to operate independently in a results-oriented, target-driven setting.
• Detail-focused with a structured approach to vehicle evaluation.
• Possesses a valid UAE driving license or a UK license backed by at least two years of driving experience.
• An individual who rapidly builds rapport and trust with contacts, whether over the phone or in person.
