Role Summary

We invite detail-oriented automotive professionals to join us as a Car Detailer. This position involves meticulously cleaning, polishing, inspecting, and preparing vehicles after repairs, ensuring they are delivered to customers in impeccable condition. Candidates must demonstrate pride in craftsmanship and an exacting approach.

Job Responsibilities

• Execute polishing, buffing, and finishing processes to achieve a flawless vehicle exterior.
• Thoroughly detail interiors and exteriors ahead of customer delivery.
• Inspect vehicles for defects and coordinate necessary touch-ups or corrections.
• Perform vehicle scans at the start of production and before final delivery.
• Accurately record work performed, materials utilized, and vehicle condition during both pre-wash and final wash stages.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace consistently.
• Properly clean, maintain, and store detailing tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Adhere to corporate safety protocols and quality benchmarks.
• Collaborate effectively with technicians, painters, estimators, and production teams to complete vehicles on schedule and meet client expectations.

Qualifications and Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional experience in automotive detailing, preferably in collision repair or dealership environments.
• Hands-on expertise with polishing, buffing, waxing, and paint finish techniques.
• Sharp attention to detail, skilled at spotting vehicle surface imperfections.
• Physical capability to stand, bend, lift, and move vehicles as required.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Skill in operating both automatic and manual transmission vehicles is a valued asset.
• Strong organizational abilities and effective time management.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing well to a team.
