Job Overview

Jim Bass Cars and Trucks is seeking dedicated full-time Car Detailers to join our expanding team in San Angelo, TX. The role involves preparing vehicles by cleaning and protecting various surfaces to ensure customer satisfaction and maintaining organizational service standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate cleaning supplies safely and collaborate effectively within a team setting.
• Utilize pressure washers and automated washing equipment to clean vehicles efficiently.
• Remove trash and clean interior components including upholstery and carpets using appropriate cleaning agents and tools.
• Apply wax, protective sealants, and buff vehicle exteriors to preserve the finish and shine.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles before delivery to confirm quality standards are met.
• Ensure all detailing tools and equipment are functioning properly and well-maintained.
• Adhere to company standards for service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Complete additional tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Experience or comfort using various cleaning products and tools in a team environment.
• Ability to follow customer-specific detailing requests precisely.
• Reliable attendance and willingness to work on-site at the designated location.
• Successful completion of a drug screening, background check, and driver's license verification is mandatory.
