Key Responsibilities

• Offer a cordial greeting to guests upon arrival; facilitate the check-in process by confirming details, allocating rooms, handing over keys, and providing any bell service support as needed.
• Manage the check-out procedure efficiently; verify guest bills, process payments, issue receipts, and accurately operate the point-of-sale systems.
• Be a knowledgeable resource by providing comprehensive information about hotel services, room categories, current rates, promotions, and local attractions to assist guest inquiries.
• Encourage usage of hotel amenities through effective upselling techniques aimed at maximizing revenue from rooms and additional services.
• Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly addressing requests, resolving issues attentively and swiftly, and managing communication channels meticulously.
