Role Overview

The Captain at Ossiano will work closely with the Restaurant Assistant Manager, providing hands-on leadership to ensure guests receive impeccable service and courtesy aligned with brand standards. This role involves training colleagues on the Ossiano sequence of service, anticipating guest expectations, and offering expert advice on food and beverage selections.

Candidate Profile

Applicants should have at least five years in the hospitality industry, including one to two years in a Captain or Supervisory position, ideally within celebrity-branded or partner restaurant settings. The role requires strong communication abilities, experience managing large, diverse teams in high-paced environments, and skill in working effectively under pressure.
