Role Overview

We are searching for a driven and results-focused Campus Recruiter to join our Singapore team. This position demands building strong, long-term relationships with students and higher education institutions to secure the finest emerging technical talent for HRT. The role features significant autonomy and responsibility for shaping HRT's campus recruiting approach, supported by a collaborative global team. It encompasses all facets of campus recruitment, including attracting talent through sourcing, marketing, and events, as well as evaluating candidates through interviews and offer management. The ideal candidate enjoys managing end-to-end initiatives, delivering a personalized recruitment experience, and has a genuine passion for campus recruiting.

Primary Duties

• Develop and maintain relationships with top technical students across Asia-Pacific campuses.
• Engage with university stakeholders such as faculty and event organizers to position HRT as a preferred employer.
• Frequently travel to campuses to conduct recruitment events and represent HRT’s brand.
• Plan and manage all logistical aspects of campus recruiting events from start to finish.
• Coordinate with Recruiting Coordinators to create efficient interview processes that identify exceptional talent.
• Guide candidates through the interview and offering stages, enhancing the candidate experience and collaborating with internal teams to refine evaluation methods.
• Foster strong connections with interns, support their mentors and supervisors in evaluations, and assist in relevant program activities.
• Work with hiring managers to define candidate profiles, refine interview procedures, and uphold rigorous hiring standards.

Candidate Requirements

• At least five years of experience in recruiting, university relations, program or event management, or comparable areas is preferred.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of recruitment pipelines targeting selective, technical, or academic talents.
• Competency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and analytics or reporting tools.
• Excellent organization, communication, and ability to engage with various stakeholders effectively.
• A strong analytical and process-driven mindset, paying careful attention to details.
• Capacity to excel in fast-moving environments while balancing multiple tasks and meeting strict deadlines.
