Job description
Role Overview
The Camp Assistant supports the Camp Supervisor in overseeing camp operations to ensure efficient housekeeping and well-organized daily activities, guaranteeing cleanliness and order at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Safeguarding all company property located within the camp premises.
- Maintaining sufficient inventory of furniture, consumables, and related items.
- Conducting daily checks of rooms and communal spaces.
- Organizing and managing the transportation of materials to the camp as needed.
- Ensuring timely and secure delivery of materials.
- Overseeing routine upkeep and maintenance of the camp facilities.
- Providing a peaceful and comfortable living environment for all camp residents.
- Enhancing safety and security measures within accommodation areas.
- Promptly reporting any issues or concerns to the Camp Supervisor.
Educational & Professional Qualifications
- Mandatory completion of Higher Secondary Certificate (12th grade).
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
- Professional certifications relevant to the field are considered an advantage.
Skills and Experience Required
- Possess 3 to 5 years of experience in related roles.
- Strong customer service focus and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good grooming, strong work ethics, and integrity.
- Proficient English communication skills, both oral and written; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Valid driving license is mandatory.
- Preference given to candidates available for immediate joining.
