About the Role

We are seeking a talented and imaginative Camera Operator to join our team. This role involves handling cameras for a wide range of projects including videos, social media posts, interviews, educational materials, promotional content, and other company-related shoots.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional camera equipment during diverse shooting sessions.
• Set up necessary gear including cameras, tripods, lighting, and microphones.
• Manage technical aspects like framing, focus, exposure, and camera movements.
• Capture high-quality video content tailored for platforms such as Instagram and YouTube.
• Collaborate closely with content creators, digital marketers, and video editors.
• Record various formats including interviews, promotional clips, educational videos, live events, and short form content.
• Ensure optimal lighting, sound, and video quality during productions.
• Handle maintenance and safe storage of cameras, lenses, batteries, and memory devices.
• Review shoot footage to confirm all essential material has been recorded.
• Support the production team with planning and facilitating shoots.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in camera techniques, equipment, and video trends.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 3 years’ experience as a Camera Operator, Videographer, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of professional cameras, lenses, lighting setups, and audio gear.
• Knowledgeable about camera angles, framing, composition, and proper exposure settings.
• Experience creating content for social media and YouTube platforms is advantageous.
• Capacity to perform efficiently in a fast-moving production environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Creative outlook combined with meticulous attention to detail.
• Basic video editing skills are a welcomed extra.

Additional Information

The offered monthly salary ranges from INR 15,000 to 25,000. Candidates will be expected to operate onsite in Saharanpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
