Role Overview

We are recruiting the prominent face for our video coverage—responsible for presenting recurring market and technology updates on YouTube and social media. Your job will be to transform our research into trustworthy and engaging videos that viewers watch until the end.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver recurring news and analysis videos, ranging from brief daily segments to parts within longer episodes.
• Present researched scripts on camera with authority, clarity, and compelling pacing under tight deadlines.
• Enhance scripts by refining language, identifying weak points, and improving hooks.
• Collaborate closely with the research and production teams, adapting to guidance on packaging, delivery, and viewer retention.
• Represent Future Finance in interviews, panels, and joint content with partners.
• Maintain editorial integrity by avoiding hype, unwarranted predictions, and financial return promises.

The expected workload involves 3-4 news pieces per week plus segments in one long-form episode, typically with two shooting days and three preparation days weekly.

Essential Qualifications

• Demonstrated on-camera presence that is engaging, credible, and natural; ability to work from scripts or prompters without sounding scripted and to improvise confidently.
• Solid financial literacy to comprehend macro and technology stories and respond spontaneously without faltering.
• Ability to convert scripts into ready-to-publish videos within 24 hours repeatedly.
• Highly coachable with a willingness to incorporate weekly performance feedback.
• Clean public record—no paid token, project, or financial product endorsements in the past five years, and no content claiming guaranteed returns. Applicants must disclose any relevant history upfront.

Preferred Background

• Experience in broadcast, financial journalism, or investor relations.
• Regular anchor experience on recurring shows or segments.
• A portfolio of independent on-camera work, preferably as the sole presenter.
• Comfortable with the technology aspect of our financial thesis alongside market knowledge.
• Any credible on-camera experience, such as news, current affairs, or sports, coupled with a strong curiosity about markets.
