Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position involves acting as a Call Center Customer Service Representative at the Jeddah location. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, answering patient questions, providing detailed information about services, scheduling appointments, and conducting follow-ups. The role requires accurate documentation of interactions in the clinic's systems and escalating complex issues to relevant departments. Ensuring that all callers receive respectful, clear, and helpful assistance is vital. The representative will work closely with medical and administrative teams to address patient concerns, promote satisfaction, and maintain confidentiality in line with clinic policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and handle inbound calls from patients efficiently.
- Provide accurate details about the clinic’s services and offerings.
- Schedule appointments and manage follow-up communications.
- Record all interactions in relevant clinic systems and documentation tools.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to appropriate departments or teams.
- Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to resolve patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy of patient information at all times.
- Adhere strictly to clinic communications policies and procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Experience in customer-facing roles such as customer service or support.
- Focus on delivering excellent customer satisfaction and experience.
- Fluent spoken and written English; proficiency in Arabic is highly advantageous.
- Capability to manage high call volumes using call center or CRM technologies.
- Empathy, patience, and professionalism when addressing health-related questions.
- Basic familiarity with healthcare or clinical settings is preferred; prior experience in medical or service sectors is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to reliability and punctuality.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; further education in communications, customer service, or healthcare administration is beneficial.
