Job Overview

The primary responsibility of Deli / Bakery associates is to prepare high-quality products, including decorative cakes, for customers. This role requires engaging with customers at the service counter, ensuring proper product presentation, and restocking merchandise on the sales floor. Maintaining cleanliness and adhering to strict food safety standards are essential to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance.

Compensation

• Hourly pay ranges from $17 to $30, meeting or exceeding the minimum wage requirements for the job location.
• Additional earnings include annual or quarterly performance-based incentives.
• Premium pay may be awarded, ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour, depending on factors such as shift schedule, work facility, season, or specific job duties. Multiple premiums can be applied if criteria are met.

Work Schedule

Positions are full-time with available shifts during opening and morning hours.
