Role Overview

Key Duties

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen tools and equipment.

• Implement FIFO (first in, first out) for stock to ensure food freshness.
• Receive deliveries and safely store food items.
• Adhere to operational policies and procedures.

• Possess detailed knowledge of the menu and execute service accordingly.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and escalate to management when necessary.
