Role Overview

As a Cafe Team Member, you will engage in food preparation, friendly interaction with customers, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You'll support the daily operations ensuring menu standards and safety guidelines are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep kitchen equipment and utensils orderly and sanitized.
• Serve customers promptly and attentively.
• Adhere to food safety, hygiene rules, and maintain daily records.
• Implement FIFO stock rotation to ensure food freshness.
• Receive deliveries and safely store food items.
• Observe all operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare, cook, and serve menu items exactly as defined.
• Maintain inventory standards and ingredient availability.
• Handle customer concerns professionally, escalating to management as needed.
• Stay informed on business updates and new initiatives.
• Clear and sanitize tables regularly to uphold cleanliness standards.
