Primary Duties
- Greet customers warmly and deliver courteous, professional service.
- Accurately take orders and process payments efficiently.
- Prepare and serve beverages and light snacks as required.
- Maintain rigorous standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness throughout the café.
- Oversee and coordinate café team members during shifts to ensure smooth operations.
- Monitor inventory levels and initiate stock replenishment requests timely.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction.
- Ensure the café is opened and closed following established procedures meticulously.
- Keep product displays and the café’s overall appearance attractive and inviting.
Compensation
The monthly salary range for this position is INR 15,000 to 18,000.
