About the Role and Company
This opportunity is with the CADD Centre training locations in Mumbai (Andheri, Borivali, Mira Road), conveniently situated 2 to 5 minutes from local railway stations. The company has been operational since January 2000, providing extensive mentorship to groom freshers and junior engineers into capable design professionals over 25 years of experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Deliver training sessions on CAD (Computer Aided Design) software including practical lab support to batches ranging from 1 to 8 participants.
- Advance to managing larger batch sizes after acquiring sufficient experience.
- Adhere to the CADD Centre's course syllabus and standardized training methodologies.
- Collaborate with the sales department to recommend and introduce relevant courses to prospective trainees.
- Coordinate with management and administrative teams to monitor and ensure course completion and progress.
Candidate Profile and Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil or Electrical disciplines).
- Open to freshers or individuals with up to 2 years of professional experience.
- Excellent communication skills paired with a pleasant demeanor.
- Familiarity or certification in one or more of the following CAD software: AutoCAD, CATIA, SolidWorks, ANSYS, Revit Architecture, 3dsMAX, Revit MEP, STAAD Pro.
Work Conditions and Terms
- Candidates must be willing to work at any one of the three Mumbai centres mentioned; postings will be scheduled per session, not at multiple locations on the same day.
- Must be flexible to work in both shift timings without expectations of overtime pay.
- Preference is given to candidates residing near the training centres for easier commute.

Remuneration offered ranges between INR 19,000 to INR 26,000 per month.
