Role Overview
Join one of Europe's largest airline groups as a Cabin Crew member based in Birmingham. This exciting role offers the chance to be part of a team serving over 600,000 passengers daily across more than 3,600 flights from 90+ bases. Key Responsibilities and Work Environment
Operate safely and effectively in a fast-paced inflight environment, ensuring outstanding customer service. Prepare for early start shifts from as early as 5 am and late shifts ending near midnight. Maintain high safety standards as a primary responsibility whilst delivering a memorable travel experience to passengers.
Candidate Requirements
- Eligibility to live and work freely in the UK and travel within the airline network.
- Height between approximately 157cm (5'2") and 188cm (6'2").
- Ability to swim 25 meters unaided and assist others.
- Hardworking, flexible, approachable with a friendly personality.
- Adaptability to work a roster schedule including early and late shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills in English, including the ability to pass a language assessment.
- Passion for travel and connecting with diverse people.
Selection Process
Applicants are required to complete mandatory English proficiency and situational judgment tests. Failure to complete these will prevent progression to interviews.
