Role Overview

The airline is hiring Cabin Crew members to provide the signature Fly Better experience on board. This role entails ensuring passenger safety and comfort, delivering top-tier in-flight service, and upholding cabin standards in close coordination with an international team.

Key Duties

• Offer outstanding in-flight customer service adhering to Emirates’ quality standards.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of passengers during flights.
• Manage food, beverage, and other passenger services onboard.
• Handle passenger requests and issues professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and neat presentation of the cabin environment.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow Cabin Crew members to facilitate seamless flight operations.
• Represent Emirates with confidence and professionalism.
• Comply with all safety, security, and service protocols.

• Monthly base salary of AED 4,980.
• Additional flying pay of AED 69.60 per flying hour.

Required Qualifications

• At least 21 years old.
• Completed secondary education (Grade 12 or equivalent).
• Minimum of one year’s experience in hospitality or customer service roles.
• Fluency in both spoken and written English.
• Additional language skills are beneficial.
• Minimum height requirement of 160 cm with arm reach up to 212 cm.
• Eligibility to obtain UAE employment visa.
• No visible tattoos when in Emirates Cabin Crew uniform.
• Strong skills in teamwork, communication, and customer service.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in airline or aviation sectors preferred.
• Background in hospitality, tourism, or other passenger service fields.
• Additional language fluency is advantageous.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and communication strengths.
• Professionalism combined with a service-focused and confident attitude.
• Able to function effectively within a multicultural and international environment.
