Programme Details

• Participants will rotate through several outstation roles, gaining exposure across key Emirates Group brands such as Commercial, Sky Cargo, dnata, and Airport Operations.
• Assignments are international, involving placements in multiple countries to enhance global business understanding and cultivate cross-cultural experience.
• The programme extends beyond 18 months, with overseas placements potentially lasting up to 6 years, depending on business needs and participant flexibility.

Qualifications

• Applicants must hold UAE nationality with a valid UAE passport.
• Applicants must be 27 years old or younger.
• A Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by the UAE Ministry of Education in any discipline is required.
• A cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher (or equivalent) is mandatory.
• Applicants may have up to one year of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in English demonstrated by an IELTS score of 6.0 or TOEFL score of 550 at the time of application.
• Completion or exemption from National Service is necessary.
• All academic certificates must be attested by the Ministry of Higher Education.

Recruitment Process

• Shortlisted candidates proceed to psychometric evaluations and personal interviews with hiring managers.
