Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and responsible Cab Driver to operate company vehicles in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The driver will be accountable for safe transportation of customers and staff, vehicle upkeep, and adherence to traffic protocols.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate vehicles safely to pick up and drop off passengers as scheduled.
- Keep the vehicle clean and well-maintained.
- Conduct routine checks on fuel levels, tires, oil, and essential vehicle functions.
- Observe all traffic laws and safety standards during driving.
- Maintain accurate records such as trip sheets and mileage logs.
- Plan driving routes to ensure timely arrivals at destinations.
- Promptly report any maintenance issues to management.
- Assist passengers with loading and unloading luggage when necessary.
- Exhibit courteous and professional behavior with customers at all times.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Possess a valid driving license.
- Thorough knowledge of local roads and routes in Chennai.
- Demonstrated safe driving history.
- Effective communication skills.
- Punctual, dependable, and trustworthy character.
- Prior experience as a driver is an advantage.
Compensation and Location
