Role Overview

As a Financial Advisor, you will collaborate closely with clients to guide them towards their long-term financial objectives such as retirement planning, wealth accumulation, estate management, and education funding. Supported by a client support team, home-office staff, and fellow regional advisors, you will have the resources to build and expand your own practice, leveraging Edward Jones’ extensive expertise and history.

Requirements

• A minimum of four years’ experience in the financial industry or possession of a university degree or college diploma.
• Preferred financial services registrations, licenses, or certifications.
• Background in sales, business development, or client acquisition.
• Proven experience in client prospecting.
• Strong ambition, self-drive, and dedication to cultivating long-lasting client relationships.
• Goal-focused mindset and critical thinking skills.
• Maturity appropriate for serving public investors.
• Analytical and communication abilities to meet regulatory obligations.

Compensation Details

The firm offers a comprehensive compensation program tailored to support new advisors' success, including trainee pay, a supplemental salary for up to four years, commissions, and asset-based compensation for the first five years.

Supplemental Starting Salary Range: $38,500 - $100,000
