About the Role
A London-based trading technology company is seeking skilled C++ engineers to contribute to building the market’s fastest and most sophisticated crypto trading engine. This cutting-edge system integrates low latency performance with machine learning and is actively used by leading institutional clients. The environment eschews legacy systems and complex layers, favoring a compact, highly effective team focused on rapid development.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-frequency execution strategies applicable to both centralized and decentralized finance platforms.
- Implement transaction cost analysis with microsecond-level precision.
- Design and enhance components including smart routing, net settlement, and forthcoming crypto options functionality, venturing into largely unexplored territory.
Team and Expertise
You will collaborate closely with a highly experienced engineer who began programming at a very young age, has designed algorithmic solutions responsible for a significant majority of global derivatives trading flow at a leading bank, and has received direct recognition from the creator of C++.
Compensation and Process
The pay scale can reach up to £200,000 base salary, with a streamlined 3-stage interview process. Candidates passionate about minimizing latency at a micro or nanosecond level and dedicated to uncompromised system performance are encouraged to apply.
