About the Role

The Butler Supervisor plays a pivotal role, leading the butler team to deliver impeccable service throughout the guest experience, from pre-arrival to departure, in alignment with the St. Regis brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and ensure the flawless execution of butler services across guest stays, maintaining smooth operations at all touchpoints.
  • Lead and supervise the Butler team, including Butlers and Butler Valets, ensuring strong collaboration with other hotel departments.
  • Manage personnel functions such as recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and scheduling of butler team members to maintain optimal staffing.
  • Promote a safe working environment by adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain professional standards concerning uniform, grooming, and communication.
  • Demonstrate physical capability for the role by standing, walking, sitting for extended periods and manually handling items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • Minimum of one year of relevant work experience in a comparable role.
  • Education requirement: Completion of high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • No prior supervisory experience is mandatory but will be relevant for leadership oversight.
  • A passion for exceptional customer service coupled with excellent interpersonal skills to anticipate guest needs accurately.
