About the Role
Join the St. Regis Hotels & Resorts team as a Guest Environment Expert, where your role extends beyond traditional housekeeping to crafting a memorable and distinct experience for guests. This position involves a broad range of housekeeping duties aimed at maintaining impeccable cleanliness and appearance throughout the hotel premises.
Key Responsibilities
As a Guest Environment Expert, you are entrusted with the autonomy to navigate your area and complete necessary tasks. You will fulfill guest requests, replenish supplies, clean guest rooms and public areas, and perform related duties to ensure that all hotel spaces contribute positively to the guest experience. Maintaining a safe workplace and adhering to company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards are imperative.
Physical and Professional Requirements
This role demands being actively mobile—standing, sitting, or walking for long periods—and physically engaging through lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance. Professional presentation, including uniform, personal grooming, and communication, must be consistently upheld.
