About Raffles The Red Sea
Located within Saudi Arabia's innovative Red Sea Project, Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea offers two environmentally integrated resorts with 361 rooms and 11 unique dining venues, including an overwater restaurant overlooking the Red Sea and surrounding mangroves, plus an expansive spa. Role Overview and Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary communication link within the butler department, coordinating butler activities and monitoring guest-related services to guarantee seamless execution.
- Thoroughly review guest arrival lists and profiles at least seven days ahead to prepare personalized services aligned with guest preferences and special requests.
- Collaborate closely with other departments such as Housekeeping (Turndown), Maintenance, and Food & Beverage to oversee timely and quality completion of service requests, adhering to Raffles' rigorous standards.
- Manage daily departmental operations by tracking task completion via departmental message systems and ensuring butlers consistently perform scheduled guest rituals.
- Continuously update and maintain the guest history database with new personal preferences, interests, and feedback to enhance future guest experiences.
- Support the Head Butler with administrative duties including managing inventory for butler supplies and compiling operational reports.

Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality sectors such as Front Office, Concierge, or Butler services.
- Strong familiarity with Opera Property Management System (PMS) and Microsoft Office applications to facilitate efficient task coordination and data handling.
- Detail-oriented individual capable of performing effectively under pressure with limited supervision and excellent organizational abilities.
Additional Information
- Deep understanding of ultra-luxury guest expectations and alignment with luxury brand standards.
- Proven experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document management during pre-opening phases is mandatory.
- Demonstrated proactive attitude with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation consistent with high-end luxury hospitality standards.
