Job Overview

As a Busser at Flanigan's Enterprises in Deerfield Beach, you will play a crucial role in supporting the dining experience by maintaining cleanliness and readiness of dining rooms, bars, and patios. Your efforts ensure smooth and pleasant service for guests and assist the entire team in maintaining an inviting atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities

• Adhere strictly to all company safety, sanitation policies, and training protocols.
• Promptly clean and prepare tables for incoming guests.
• Assist customers by clearing dishes and glassware efficiently.
• Remove all trash and debris from bar and dining area floors consistently.
• Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, parking lots, patio, and waiting areas.
• Ensure high chairs and booster seats are properly sanitized.
• Perform all shift-related duties including opening, closing, and sidework tasks.
• Frequently bend, stoop, and reach during shifts to meet operational needs.
• Lift items weighing up to 50 pounds and place them on high shelves, in coolers, and freezers.
• Work comfortably in damp and warm indoor environments with minimal outdoor exposure.
• Complete and pass the Florida Responsible Vendor program, meeting company and state requirements.
• Obtain and maintain food safety certification compliant with company and Florida regulations.
• Communicate effectively in English through speaking, reading, and writing.
• Work a five-day week schedule.
