As a vital part of the team at Hard Rock Cafe, bussers contribute significantly to the smooth operation of our restaurant by maintaining cleanliness and order, enabling other departments to deliver excellent guest service. Key Duties
- Clearing tables after guest use.
- Resetting tables to prepare for new guests.
- Sweeping restaurant floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Emptying trash receptacles routinely.
- Stocking ice and other necessary products.
- Keeping the back dock area neat and organized.
- Pre-bussing tables to expedite service.
- Working with a strong sense of urgency.
- Collaborating and communicating efficiently with hosts, servers, and fellow bussers.
- At some locations, removing condiments like ketchup, refilling guest beverages, and managing bar pre-mixes.
