Role Overview
Joining the Business Enablement team, you will play a vital role in facilitating smoother and sustainable work practices. As a Business Support Coordinator for our Audit division, you will be responsible for delivering operational tasks and supporting strategic priorities to enhance business outcomes.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end administrative assistance ensuring efficient operations within the Audit division.
- Coordinate and maintain strong communication channels between internal teams and external partners.
- Manage diaries, schedule meetings and appointments, and handle travel logistics.
- Take an active role in planning and executing events to ensure flawless delivery.
- Prepare various documents, presentations, and supporting materials for team use.
- Collaborate with the wider Business Support team to uphold a high standard of work output.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum of one year experience providing administrative support to senior-level stakeholders within a corporate environment.
- Proven ability to apply experience to problem-solving and decision-making scenarios.
- Strong communication skills with aptitude for managing stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Attention to detail and capability to multitask in a fast-paced workplace.
- Flexible mindset to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and unexpected challenges.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid role requiring initial in-person attendance during onboarding and training, followed by a flexible work model blending office, client sites, and home hubs.
