Job Overview
We seek a Strategy and Business Transformation Analyst with experience up to five years to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role involves execution of strategic initiatives, enhancement of business planning, and supporting governance and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategic plans and contribute to business planning activities.
- Assist in establishing governance frameworks and optimize operating models.
- Support project management office (PMO) functions and coordinate project activities.
- Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), policies, and RACI matrices to ensure clarity in roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare performance reports.
- Drive process improvement and enhance operational efficiency across departments.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts and automation projects.
- Perform data analysis and manage reporting tasks to inform decision-making.
- Facilitate stakeholder coordination and assist in conducting workshops.
Candidate Profile
The successful candidate will possess strong analytical and organizational skills with an ability to convert business requirements into structured processes, actionable KPIs, and comprehensive management reports. Experience range expected is between three to five years.
