Role Summary

We are seeking a Business Solutions Consultant based in Ghana with 2-5 years of experience. This position is part of our technical presales team and requires engaging prospects to demonstrate product capabilities through demos and webinars, handling requests for proposals (RFP), and business requirements documents (BRD). The role acts as a crucial link between sales, product management, and engineering teams to customize and implement solutions per client needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with sales teams to comprehend client needs and provide expert guidance on Zoho’s Finance, HR, and Payroll solutions.
• Deliver comprehensive product demonstrations highlighting the features and advantages of relevant Zoho applications.
• Collaborate with clients to uncover business requirements and develop tailored solutions using Zoho’s application suite.
• Contribute to crafting technical proposals and presentations effectively communicating the value of Zoho’s products.
• Establish and nurture lasting client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser throughout the sales lifecycle.
• Offer training and technical assistance during trial periods and implementation, facilitating seamless client onboarding.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and innovative technologies in Finance, HR, and Payroll domains to inform strategy.
• Relay customer feedback to product development teams, suggesting enhancements or new features.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum of two years’ experience in a presales engineering role focused on Finance, HR, and Payroll applications.
• Strong understanding of financial workflows, payroll processes, and regulatory standards in the African market.
• Familiarity with Zoho products such as Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, and Zoho People is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, capable of explaining complex ideas to varied audiences.
• Demonstrated capability to work both independently and collaboratively in dynamic environments.
