The Business Process Improvement Analyst supports the Customer Care & Business Process Improvement function by enhancing operational efficiency, managing customer service activities, applying digital solutions, and delivering insightful performance analysis. This role operates under the Middle East Country Head of Customer Care and Order Operations, following a hybrid work model, combining remote and onsite work, without travel requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement enhancements to business processes within Customer Care to improve efficiency, quality, scalability, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Solutions and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable process improvements and digital tools.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance analyses supporting organizational objectives using tools such as Power BI and AI applications.
- Assist the Customer Service team with managing orders and registrations through various channels, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide insights related to open order books, customer credits, returns, pricing variances, stock level risks, and opportunities.
- Analyze operational and customer-related data to uncover trends, risks, root causes, and recommend corrective or preventive measures.
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects ensuring clear requirement definition, timely delivery, and effective stakeholder communication for sustainable adoption of new processes or technologies.
- Maintain accurate documentation adhering to policies, supporting continuous improvement, audit readiness, and operational excellence.
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 2-3 years experience in process improvement, root cause analysis, preferably in supply chain or customer service environments.
- Proficiency in data analytics, performance reporting, and dashboard creation, ideally with Power BI; experience with SAP ERP is advantageous.
- Competent use of digital and AI tools to enhance reporting, productivity, and decision-making.
- Strong project management, prioritization, and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate complex issues clearly.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, accountability, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic setting.
- Preferable customer service and relationship management skills with insight into business operations, order management, and inventory processes.
