Job description
About Prime Strategies Group
Prime Strategies Group is growing its advisory network in New Zealand and seeks experienced business leaders to join its team of over 40 advisors. This opportunity allows individuals to run their own advisory practice, supported by a well-established platform.
Role Overview
As a Business Management Advisor, you will collaborate directly with owners of small and medium-sized enterprises, delivering practical, well-grounded advice on strategy, governance, cash flow, operations, and growth. You will manage your own advisory business, backed by proven frameworks, a national brand, and a network of peers.
Why Join as an Advisor
- Operate independently with the support of an established advisory platform, avoiding the necessity to develop everything from the ground up.
- Benefit from recognized methodologies, disciplined governance, and strong brand credibility.
- Collaborate with high-caliber peers and seasoned advisors rather than junior consultants.
- Enjoy a client-fee based compensation model that encourages long-term relationships instead of high volumes.
- Manage your workload, decide on client sectors, and set your own growth aspirations to suit your lifestyle preferences.
Support Provided
- Authorization to operate under the Prime Strategies Group brand within New Zealand.
- Access to established advisory frameworks and intellectual property.
- Comprehensive marketing, administrative, and operational assistance.
- Continuous professional learning opportunities and collaboration with fellow advisors.
- Commitment to strong ethics and prioritizing clients.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Former or current CEOs, General Managers, CFOs, company owners, or senior executives.
- Exhibits sound commercial judgment and board-level strategic thinking.
- Comfortable maintaining autonomy while being accountable for business outcomes.
- Motivated to invest in a licensed advisory business as an entrepreneurial venture rather than traditional employment.

Interested candidates are encouraged to initiate a confidential conversation to explore the opportunity to establish a meaningful advisory practice with solid foundations.
