Role Overview
The Business Intelligence Analyst will collaborate closely with critical business units such as Risk, Compliance, and Legal to develop trusted reporting solutions while managing sensitive data prudently.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and professional reporting solutions across the product range, particularly supporting the Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams.
- Ensure sensitive data is handled with discretion and confidentiality in all reporting activities.
- Use SQL to query complex databases and construct user-friendly dashboards utilizing tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Develop strong partnerships with stakeholders, including Legal, to convert business requests into clear, actionable metrics and reports.
Qualifications and Skills
- Demonstrated expertise in data analysis and business intelligence with solid experience in drafting, debugging, and reviewing SQL queries.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent technologies.
- High level of discretion and sound decision-making when working with confidential and private information.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, capable of translating business needs into technical BI solutions effectively.
