Job Overview and Responsibilities
The role requires candidates with 6 months to 2 years of experience, ideally within OTC (Over The Counter), FMCG, or FMCH sectors. As a Business Executive in the OTC division, the focus will be on generating sales revenue by meeting monthly and yearly targets through both primary and secondary sales channels.
- Identify, onboard, and manage distributor and stockist networks to guarantee effective distribution and product availability.
- Engage with retail outlets such as pharmacies and stores to bolster product visibility and increase sales.
- Oversee territory management, including comprehensive market mapping, stock control, and spotting growth prospects.
- Monitor market developments, competitor tactics, and promotional approaches to inform and adjust sales strategies effectively.
- Compile and present periodic sales reports highlighting key metrics and improvement areas to senior management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare professionals to support seamless operations.
- Participate actively in below-the-line promotional campaigns, such as kiosk activities and events, aimed at increasing product awareness and sales.
- Maintain conformance with company regulations and industry standards.
- Resolve issues arising during the sales lifecycle, including customer complaints and ensuring product availability.

- Excellent verbal and interpersonal communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Competence in analyzing sales data, spotting trends, and devising strategic plans based on data insights.
