Business Excellence Manager

Role Summary

The Business Excellence Manager will spearhead continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and sustaining superior business performance. This role requires evaluating current business processes, pinpointing enhancement areas, designing performance measurement frameworks, and facilitating the rollout of initiatives that boost productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Duties

• Collaborate with teams from various functions to assess business performance and develop key performance indicators.
• Streamline operational workflows and promote the adoption of best practices and standards across the company.
• Support strategic projects by conducting critical performance evaluations and gap analyses.
• Convert data-driven insights into actionable business solutions.

Candidate Profile

• Possess a Bachelor's degree or higher in disciplines such as Business, Management, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• Deep knowledge of business process enhancement, operational excellence, and performance management frameworks.
• Exceptional analytical thinking, quantitative analysis, and problem-solving abilities.
• Capability to formulate KPIs, conduct comprehensive business data analysis, and identify tangible opportunities for improvement.
• Skilled in managing projects and collaborating effectively across multiple departments.
• Strong communication skills, including presentations and managing stakeholder engagement.
• Sound commercial insight combined with strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and various business analytics platforms.
• Familiarity with continuous improvement approaches such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM is advantageous.
• Highly organized, detail-conscious, self-driven, and committed to delivering results.
