Serving clients primarily in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, and the wider MENA region, Cretik focuses on delivering digital transformation through visually appealing and user-friendly products that provide its customers with a lasting competitive edge.
Role Overview
The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time position located in Jeddah with a hybrid work setup permitting partial remote work. The incumbent will be tasked with discovering and qualifying new sales prospects, creating leads, and fostering ongoing relationships with both potential and current clients in Saudi Arabia and the MENA region. Key duties include conducting market analysis, designing client outreach plans, preparing persuasive presentations and proposals, and working closely with internal departments to ensure the offerings meet customer requirements. The role also involves lead follow-up, opportunity pipeline management, supporting negotiations, and contributing to revenue growth by marketing Cretik's spectrum of digital products and IT solutions.
Qualifications and Skills
- Strong capabilities in market research and data analysis to identify sector trends and evaluate business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain enduring client relationships.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and business development, ideally within software, digital products, or technology sectors.
- Competence in managing time and tasks effectively within a hybrid working model while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
- Good understanding of the MENA market dynamics and preferably knowledgeable about digital transformation or IT solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields, or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience with CRM software and basic sales reporting; fluency in English required, Arabic language skills considered a plus.
