Role Overview

The Business Development Specialist position is a full-time, on-location job within the Riyadh Region, tasked with discovering and developing new business prospects across SVINOX’s core capabilities. This role involves performing market analysis, initiating and qualifying leads, maintaining a healthy sales pipeline, and assisting in creating proposals and client presentations. The Specialist is expected to establish and cultivate relationships with prospective and current clients while coordinating with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client requirements. Engagement in meetings, industry networking, and other events will be part of regular activities. Daily responsibilities include generating leads, conducting follow-up communications, updating CRM systems, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with project and marketing departments to enhance revenue and brand presence.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical and market research skills to detect trends, assess opportunities, and evaluate competitive landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills for delivering presentations, negotiating effectively, and maintaining professional client relations.
  • Expertise in lead generation to identify, qualify, and expand the sales opportunity pipeline.
  • Competent customer service skills to establish trust, manage inquiries, and cultivate long-term client partnerships.
  • Relevant experience in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within events, construction, experiential marketing, or closely related sectors.
  • Proficient use of CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic sales reporting and forecasting methodologies.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities to handle numerous projects and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline is preferred.
