The Role & Team
This position requires a commercially savvy and proactive Corporate Partnerships professional to foster and expand partnerships throughout New Zealand and Australia. Responsibilities include managing key relationships, enhancing engagement and utilization of corporate programs, and uncovering growth opportunities. Coordination with partners, stores, and internal teams ensures strong campaign execution and sustained value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and enhance relationships with corporate partners to drive engagement and program use.
- Identify and cultivate opportunities to expand existing partnerships and develop new business leads.
- Collaborate closely with partners, stores, and internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, communications, and reporting.
- Leverage data-driven insights to monitor commercial performance and inform decision-making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in account management, business development, partnerships, sales, or relationship management focused on commercial relationship growth.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize data, reports, and insights to boost program outcomes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities to influence diverse internal and external parties.
- Exceptional organization and attention to detail to simultaneously manage multiple projects and partnerships effectively.
- A proactive growth mindset with the capability to identify business opportunities and expand accounts.
- Sound problem-solving aptitude to understand partner needs and provide mutually beneficial solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel, alongside experience with databases, reporting systems, and CRM platforms.
