About Scoro

Scoro is a top-tier AI-driven professional services automation software designed specifically for consultancies, agencies, IT firms, architectural firms, and various professional services industries. It integrates project management, resource allocation, and financial tracking into a unified platform, eliminating the need to use multiple systems for planning, monitoring, and invoicing. The software boosts team efficiency by minimizing repetitive tasks and enabling focus on delivering value and accelerating business growth. Currently, over 1,600 clients and more than 20,000 users globally rely on Scoro, supported by a diverse team of 130 employees operating remotely across locations including Tallinn, Estonia, Riga, Latvia, the UK, and the US.

Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our UK-based team. This fully remote role involves generating new sales opportunities primarily through outbound efforts such as cold calls, tailored emails, social media engagement, networking events, and conferences. The BDR will engage with decision-makers at senior levels to qualify prospects and collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities. Occasional in-person meetings in London and biannual company-wide gatherings in Estonia called Global Week are part of the role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate and secure outbound meetings through cold calling, email campaigns, social outreach, and relationship-building activities.
  • Work in partnership with Account Executives and the marketing department to advance prospective clients through the sales funnel effectively.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C-level and Director-level executives by providing relevant educational resources, event invitations, and timely communications to foster trust.
  • Manage and track your sales pipeline to ensure prompt follow-ups and opportunity capture.

Candidate Profile

  • Fluent written and spoken English at a near-native proficiency, capable of articulating complex subjects to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record in sales or client-facing roles with consistent achievement of performance goals, ideally within SaaS or technology sectors.
  • Comfortable handling high-volume outreach and excel at engaging prospects over the telephone.
  • Exhibit strong emotional intelligence with a positive and resilient attitude towards meeting targets despite challenges.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills to focus efforts on activities that maximize impact.
  • Passionate about sales with a drive for continuous learning and self-improvement.
  • Proactive and curious, eager to adopt new tools and strategies to enhance effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience exceeding sales targets for SaaS products sold to executives in industries like marketing, advertising, architecture, or consulting.
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, SalesLoft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar sales enablement tools.
  • Interest in technology and industry trends, demonstrating enthusiasm for innovation and software sales.

What We Offer

  • Meaningful work on a global product designed to streamline business workflows and increase productivity.
  • Equity through stock options, enabling participation in Scoro's growth and success.
  • Comprehensive health benefits including AXA insurance, paid medical leave, and mental health support.
  • Employer-supported pension plan via Smart Pension.
  • Generous leave policy of 28 annual workdays plus bank holidays and additional loyalty days based on tenure.
  • Fully remote work with occasional onsite meetings and events in London.
  • Home office support allowance for setting up an ergonomic workspace.
  • Parental leave benefits including 12 weeks maternity and 8 weeks paternity leave after one year of service.
  • Global company events held biannually in Estonia to meet the wider team.
  • Commitment to continuous professional growth through training, dedicated budgets for learning resources, and unlimited access to Udemy.
  • A vibrant international culture founded on trust, collaboration, and enjoyment in teamwork.

Compensation and Process

The annual gross salary for this role ranges from 40,000 to 50,000 GBP, supplemented by the opportunity to earn up to 20,000 GBP in performance bonuses. Our hiring stages include an initial recruiter screening, task completion with a hiring manager interview, VP interview, cognitive assessment via the Tripod test, and finally a team discussion. We welcome applications continuously and prioritize diversity and inclusion in our recruitment process, ensuring equal opportunity without discrimination based on race, religion, gender, or other protected characteristics.
