- Execute well-planned multi-channel outreach via LinkedIn, email, phone, events, and referrals, including following up on marketing leads.
- Qualify opportunities through effective discovery calls and schedule high-quality meetings for the New Business team.
- Manage SMB market segment opportunities end-to-end, from introductory conversations and product demos to proposals and closing.
- Create customised proposals aligned with client goals and oversee sales cycle progression.
- Achieve individual sales revenue targets and ensure seamless transition to delivery and customer success teams.
- Develop expertise in strengths-based development, leadership, employee engagement, and organisational performance.
Desired Candidate Attributes

- Strong communicator who writes clearly and persuasively, adapting style for different audiences.
- Resilient and open to coaching; learns from setbacks and seeks constructive feedback.
- Organised with disciplined follow-up, CRM management, and opportunity tracking.
- Purpose-driven, eager to support organisations in fostering engaging, high-performing work environments.
Preferred Experience
- 1 to 2 years in business development, sales, or customer-facing commercial roles.
- Proven experience in prospecting using outbound channels such as LinkedIn, email, and phone calls.
- Background in managing sales pipelines, advancing opportunities, or nurturing client relationships.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or comparable CRM systems is desirable but not mandatory.
